The calendar export produces an Excel file with a complete set of calendar data: the base calendar, any reporting calendars, and any resource calendars. If you want to import calendar data from another software tool into EVMax, you can use the EVMax export file as a model to build the data extract from the other tool.
Select Project Data > Calendars in the Navigation Menu. The Manage Calendars tab window displays.
Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the calendar structure you want to import the data into from the list.
Click Import in the Ribbon Menu.
Navigate to the file you want to import, select the file, and click Open. An Import complete confirmation dialog box displays.
Click OK.
Periods tab. Click this tab to view the data you just imported. There are two tabs within this Periods tab window.
Hours Sets tab. Select this tab to display the number of productive hours per period in the right pane for the row you select in the top left pane.
Reporting Sets tab. Select this tab to display the list of the calendar periods for the row you select in the top left pane.
